Makeup items I can’t live without

Who doesn’t love makeup, I always want to purchase the latest item, however, I’m afraid my bank balance doesn’t always let me. There are some products that I just can’t live without, and I do actually end up repurchasing them time and time again.

To begin with, my absolute favourite product of all time is my bobby brown foundation. This would be the one item I could never replace. Don’t get me wrong I’m always up for trying out new products, but this one is just my absolute FAV!  It’s as smooth as butter and goes on like an absolute treat. It’s the perfect foundation that leaves your skin looking flawless and it’s full coverage which is what any gal wants. It lasts all day and just makes me feel amazing when I wear it.

My Charlotte Tilbury eyebrow pencil (which is also a 3 in 1) This is the most amazing product for your eyebrows. Before I always used the mac clay pot, however, I always found it difficult to apply and it always looked way too dark, however, this Charlotte Tilbury pencil is incredible. Once you’ve got the hang of using it, it’s like a dream and is so easy to apply, and leaves your brows looking so full and beautiful. It also comes with a spoolie on the opposite end which is amazing so you can brush in the crayon to even it out, and I love using the spoolie to give my eyebrows a little bit of a bushy look. However that is not all, it comes with a secret highlighter in the middle, which is just perfect to give your eyebrows pure definition and highlight. I always use it on my brow, and I always receive compliments on my brows – trust me it’s a must-have! click here to purchase – it’s only £22.50

My mac lipsticks – well I really love mac makeup, I know people are slowly going off it, however, for me, it will always remain a favourite brand of mine. I don’t have a massive collection of lipsticks, only 3 in fact, but they are my go too!

Bright bold red for date nights, and special events, it’s beautiful and so bold, it’s not glossy or matt, it’s kinda in between so it’s the perfect formula for a red. It’s called ‘damn glamourous’

I have a gorgeous purple shade which is really dark but looks amazing. It’s called ‘Rebel’ and well the name just goes with the lippy. Again it’s not matt or gloss, therefore, is the perfect combo.  click here to purchase it – it’s only £17.50

Now for the cutest palest pink shade, which is glossy, and its perfect for everyday wear. I love it and it’s by far my most used! I will be repurchasing this for sure.

Bronzer, well there’s only one and that’s HOOLA by benefit. This is by far my favourite bronzer and the only one I will use. It’s the perfect shade for my skin and comes with a little brush & mirror so it’s perfect for the handbag. I very rarely need to touch it up, as it lasts all day! I use it on my cheeks, forehead and lil on my nose. It’s the perfect bronzer and compliments my Bobbi Brown foundation perfectly.  click here to purchase it – it’s only £25.50

Eyeshadow, well I’m not the best at blending and creating fabulous eye looks, however, I can simply apply a few shades here and there (if anyone has any blog posts/videos, on applying eyeshadow please leave them in the comments)  My urban decay palette 2 is by far my favourite, it’s incredible. (What I would do for the entire collection – my dream) It’s so pigmented and easy to apply, it lasts for ages and looks insane. I always get compliments, and its so easy to use & the brush that comes with the palette is perfect too. It fits perfectly in your handbag, and it comes with a mirror and brush, I will certainly be purchasing another naked palette sometime soon.  click here to purchase – it’s only £39.50

Last but not least, mascara- My ysl mascara is by far the best I’ve ever used. It comes with a super thick brush, perfect for someone who already has long lashes, and they just need them thickening up! It’s a little pricey but lasts a while (remember to always bin your mascara after 6 months) it’s so worth it, however, the only slight problem I have with it – it’s a little hard to remove but it means it lasts a super long time!  click here to purchase it- it’s only £25.00

I lived and swore by the Naked 2 Palette for years, it was always my favourite. My favourite is Heat at the moment but I’m begging for a palette with a bright yellow shade. These seem like great products, I haven’t been to Bobbi Brown in years I really need to have a nosey at the counters!
